What we collect.

Your email address when you take the Retail Readiness Audit or request a download. Your name, email and payment details when you enroll; card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Your audit answers and score. Feedback you submit after sessions. Basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and performance.

How we use it.

To deliver the audit, the download and the course. To send you course emails: your results, enrollment confirmation, session reminders, payment notices, and, if you have not enrolled, a short series about the course. Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link and stop when you use it. Course emails to enrolled students are part of the service.

Who we share it with.

Stripe for payment. Resend for sending email. Supabase for hosting the database. Google, for analytics. Zoom for live sessions. Each processes data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell or rent your information.

Cookies.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and where they leave. It sets a cookie and sends anonymized usage data to Google. You choose when you first visit, and you can change your mind here: Change analytics choice. The site also stores a small amount of data in your browser to remember that you have seen a message or started the audit; that data does not leave your device. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout for fraud prevention.

Your rights.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your record ends your access to the member area.

Retention.

Audit and lead records are kept for two years. Enrollment and payment records are kept for seven years for tax purposes.
